It’s not even spring yet and I’m looking at pumpkins? This was on my Mom’s porch last fall. I liked the stem and the backdrop so I shot some images. I would never have done this if my camera didn’t happen to be around my neck.

• I like the coloring of this image.
• The depth of field is good, nice soft background, but not so soft you can’t tell what it is.
• There is almost a tension with the split of the colors…
